enrollment & tuition

Sprouts is a small school with a unique four-step enrollment process and limited openings. Because of our size, we attempt to ensure compatibility between the school and families by holding personal interviews prior to offering our wait list or enrollment.

We encourage families to complete each step as soon as they are able.

#1. Visit

We’d love to see you at one of our events.

Sprouts holds several public events throughout the year, and we are always happy to show off our space. All events on our facebook page and event page are open to everyone. Events include a Plant Swap, Art Classes, Mud Parties, and S’Mores Nights. We also hold an Open House in March each year specifically for prospective families.

We are also happy to schedule tours for families that aren’t able to attend an event. Tours are held on weeknights at 5:30 pm. This allows us to give our full attention to the tours and families.

If you are already pretty sure that Sprouts is for you, we provide an Interest Application. This application ensures that we are able to email you about openings and when we begin interviews. Because we do not have a traditional wait list or enrollment process, an interest application lets us know you are serious about a future enrollment at Sprouts.

Interest applications are not required for enrollment.

Emails will come from info@sprouts.school so please add us to your contact list!

#2. Application

We email all official applications for enrollment.

Emails will come from info@sprouts.school so please add us to your contact list!

Our official application is short and gives us basic information about your family, child, and childcare expectations.

*No fees are accepted or expected prior to an offer of enrollment.

#3. Interview

Sprouts interviews will be first-come first-served based on our receipt of completed applications.

Sprouts will review applications as they come in, and will offer interview dates following review. Because Sprouts is a very small program, we are not able to offer interviews to every family that applies.

At the interview, we will be attempting to get to know your family better to make sure your family is a good fit for Sprouts as well as answer any questions your family may have.

#4. Enrollment

Following a successful interview, Sprouts will email families an enrollment offer and paperwork. This offer will be valid for 48-hours and requires all paperwork returned with an enrollment fee to be considered complete. All enrollment offers will have a specific start date at which time the Enrollment Contract will go into effect.

Enrollment Paperwork is lengthy and must be downloaded from our email attachment and signed. It includes all Sprouts policies, an enrollment contract, and personal information.

If a family completes a successful interview but there is not a suitable opening at that time, Sprouts will offer our Enrollment Wait List. Enrollment Wait List offers will be valid for 48-hours and requires all paperwork returned with an enrollment fee to be considered complete. Our Enrollment Wait List is a commitment from Sprouts and the family to enroll in the next available opening.
